Beta Terms

These terms apply to WhatIVR, operated by In Programme Sales BV in the Netherlands. By participating in the beta, purchasing credits or contacting a participating business through WhatsApp, you agree to these terms.

The service

WhatIVR provides experimental routing and communications technology for WhatsApp messages and calls. Features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn during the beta. Availability, delivery and call quality also depend on WhatsApp, Meta, internet connectivity and participating businesses.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, harass participants, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Participating businesses remain responsible for their agents, content, advice, pricing and customer relationships.

Paid features

If credits or paid features are enabled, the applicable price, number of credits and charging method will be shown before purchase or use. One hundred credits represent one euro of service value. The rate for a chat or call is shown before paid use starts. Beta tests that are expressly presented as free will not be charged.

Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

Consumers may withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days by sending an unequivocal request to helpdesk@whativr.com. Statutory exceptions apply. If you request that a paid service starts during the withdrawal period, we may charge for the part already supplied. Credits incorrectly charged because of a verified technical failure can be restored or refunded. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Calls and content

Participants are responsible for what they communicate and share. Calls are not recorded unless a separate notice is provided and any legally required consent is obtained. Do not share information you do not want the receiving participant to see.

Beta limitation

The beta is provided on an as-available basis for testing. To the extent permitted by law, WhatIVR and its operator are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, missed communications or failures caused by third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or end beta access when necessary. The latest version will remain available at this URL. You may stop participating at any time and request deletion as described above.
