WhatIVR is a business communications platform operated by In Programme Sales BV in the Netherlands. It connects customers and participating businesses through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

Information we process

• Telephone numbers, WhatsApp identifiers and profile information supplied by WhatsApp.
• Messages, files and images that participants choose to send.
• Message delivery, routing and status information.
• Call metadata such as participants, timestamps, duration, routing and call status.
• Credit, transaction and accounting information when paid services are enabled.
• Limited technical and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Why we process information

We use this information to deliver and route conversations, connect customers with the selected business or agent, operate credits and billing, troubleshoot the beta, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the situation, processing is necessary to provide the requested service, based on legitimate operational and security interests, or based on consent where required.

WhatsApp and service providers

Messages and calls use Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and are also subject to Meta and WhatsApp terms and privacy information. We may use carefully selected hosting, storage and payment providers solely to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Conversation content is retained for no longer than 30 days after the conversation closes and may be deleted sooner during the beta. Call audio is not recorded unless participants receive a separate notice and any legally required consent is obtained. Accounting records, fraud-prevention records and security logs may be retained longer where legally required or reasonably necessary.

Security and international processing

We use access controls, encrypted transport and restricted infrastructure to protect information. WhatsApp and other providers may process information outside the Netherlands or European Economic Area under their applicable safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority. See our data deletion instructions to submit a request.
