Public website

The public WhatIVR website does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. Standard technical server logs may record limited information such as the requested page, timestamp, browser type and IP address for security and service operation.

Management portal

The portal uses strictly necessary cookies for secure login sessions, request protection and essential preferences. These cookies are required for the portal to function and are not used for advertising.

Payment and WhatsApp services

When you continue to an external payment page or use WhatsApp, MultiSafepay, Meta or WhatsApp may use their own necessary cookies or similar technologies under their policies.

Future changes

If WhatIVR later introduces analytics, marketing cookies or other non-essential tracking, this policy and the website's consent controls will be updated before those technologies are enabled.
